Where do you publish change-logs other than the launcher? Github hasn't been updated since last year July 7 https://github.com/dbkblk/rand_launcher

The launcher is dbkblk's project. I do uploads through TortoiseSVN to the repository on SourceForge. My changelogs are posted to that and to the SVN Build Thread here.
