No way to "surrender"?

In the previous versions of Civ I always liked to, whenever I quit a session, to "surrender" and see the map with all the borders, all the comparison stats and graphs etc and get your rating. Is this not possible in civ 5?

What do you think about this feature, am I just an idiot and have missed it or do you agree it was neat and could make a come back?

i was assuming you only see it now when you win, but im not quite there yet.
The Hall of Fame seems to include some of these things so maybe you go see it there, but this is all guessing so who knows, someone on this forum probably.

I had a game earlier when I did everything wrong. Economy in the reds, and my people were unhappy with me. Then three nations declared war on me, and I wanted to surrender. But found no other way than giving away all my cities, and then just see my capital fall. Oh, well.

Quit is not an option, as I want my defeat recorded in the hall of fame. So I'm hoping this will be an option in a later patch or expansion.
