[NOT A BUG] 1.0.1.383 - is it Seoul or Kathmandu??

Here is a new bug:

The city-state Seoul is referred to as Kathmandu in the tool-tip (and in the notifier when I'm about to lose influence with them):

It's because you're playing a save from before the patch. The game knows it's now Kathmandu, but appears to not know to change the name on the city bar.

A bug, but I doubt they'll fix it (since it only affects old saves).

This conflict seemed to precipitate a crash while I was playing today. I found Seoul, the game called it Kathmandu, then it all went down.
Worth noting though that I've had a few crashes lately, on this game in particular, and one of the trouble spots seems to be the City-State diplomacy screen.

Playing on a new map and I found Kathmandu- but the city is not appearing graphically on the map. However it's terrain is. So invisible city??
