Game details: Catherine - Rome - Diety - Antiquity
Have built the Forum Unique Quarter. Buildings in that quarter are Basilica and Temple of Jupiter. Adjacent tiles are Silk Plantation, Gate of all Nations, Altar and Monument, Colosseum, Amphitheater, navigable river.
The buildings in the unique quarter add +1 influence or culture for any adjacent happiness or culture building. When adding an Arena to the empty 2nd slot on the tile with the Amphitheater the tool tip indicates that the +1 influence adjacency for the existing Amphitheater will be lost (shows a -1 to influence, and the +1 culture adjacency will be added). Both adjacencies should be applied as one building is a Happiness building and the other is a Cultural building.
The inverse, hovering to add a Cultural building onto a tile with a Happiness building causes the tooltip to show that the cultural adjacency will be lost and the influence adjacency will be added. Shown in the 4th image below in a different city.
Hovering when adding a second Happiness or Cultural building of the same type to a tile does not show the adjacency bonus for the 2nd building. So instead of having +2 to either influence or culture it stays at +1. Shown in the 5th image below.
Attached file for turn 134 is prior to adding the Arena to the 2nd slot in Rome. If the save is loaded, the city Puteoli can also queue Happiness or Cultural buildings adjacent to the district to show the incorrect tool tips. For all examples given.
When the buildings complete they do add the adjacencies correctly. For example adding the Arena in Rome did not actually remove the +1 to influence as the tooltip had shown.
