The Prince of Dorkness
This isn't actually a bug, but rather a suggestion/gripe. I built the AP and was given the option to propose that everyone stop trading with certain leaders. I can't always remember off the top of my head how I stand with these civs and I wish there was a way to view the Diplomatic Advisor so I can check out the "Glance" section before I accidentally ruin a good relationship.
The same goes for the UN Global Civics proposals. I don't always use the same civics in every game I play. I tend to use what is appropriate for my civ based on my long term goals and what is going on in the world at that specific time. Therefore, I often forget exactly which civics I've chosen and would like to be able to check my Civics advisor screen before recommending a Global Civic that I don't want at the time.
Whenever you build a unit/improvement/wonder, you are given a screen to select what you want to build next which includes the option to "Examine City." When you finish researching a tech, you get a list of available techs to research next with the option to "See the Big Picture." When you learn a new Civic option, it asks you if you want to switch, but also gives you the choice to "See the Big Picture." Why not give the same option before making AP/UN propsals. I don't sit down and play an entire game in one sitting. I usually break it up over multiple days whenever I get the chance to play. So I have a hard time remembering from time to time which civics I've chosen or which leaders are on my good side and which I loathe.
