[NOT A BUG] Can't load save game / can't play on internet

Last time I wanted to load a single player game, some saves were greyed out, and when i passed my mouse over them, it said something like "you don't have the required DLC" !

In the same note, last time I wanted to play Civ5 on Internet, the Internet button was greyed out. When passing my mouse over, it said something like that : "you need an internet connection to play online, and Steam must be activated". Off course both requirement were fullfilled as usual...

Did you try just to restart? That would maybe have helped.
And if you then can go online, you can use the file integrity check (in Steam -> library -> games -> civ5 -> rightclick -> properties -> check integrity of the game files) to make it redownload possibly damaged files.
