I recently found out that when I create a world wonder, there is supposed to be voice-over text. That is not happening for me. However, I do get the voice-over when I find new techs and I enter a new era.
The "wonder voice-over" seems to be integrated into the music file. To be honest, I think this is quite stupid. (If it is not, the non-playing of voice-over is a "true" bug.)
