So it seems to me that some of the the notifications are off by a couple of turns.
It seems that something will happen and then I will not get a notification for it for two turns. I wish I had a specific example. Going to watch for it now.
Also it seems that there are random fog of war tiles. This may be tied in with the disappearing units however. The actual tile that my dissappearing unit is in will not register as a unit so therefore will not show as a tile I can see.
The disappearing units themselves may be tied in to the unit icon. That doesn't seem to show either. Not sure if that is what triggering this.
Edit: So I will make freinds with someone then two turns later someone will pop up and say so you've made freinds with so n so...
