Also if I zoom all the way out to planet view, I can see a gab between the 2 sides of where the map meets, and can see the stars thru the planet
Happens when I pan the map sometimes, but if I pan away from that spot, it works fine.
If I alt+tab to windows, then back, it fixes it, but then when I pan again the problem area is just in a difernet location.

I'm running the game at 1024x768 tried 0, 2, and 4x anti-aliasing, no apparent difference.
I just switched to this card, previously I had an ATI X650XT PCIe; and it worked flawlessly (but then it died). I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Civ4, no improvment.
This card even runs the Nvidia 7800 GTX demo without slowing or glitching, so I know the card's good. As well as HL2, WarCraft III with 4x aa; lots of other games @ full detail
I've posted to other forums and this problem doesn't seem to be getting any attention except among other people with this problem... It seems that a lot of people with 6600GT 256mbs are having this problem (I've seen 4 other posts on a different forum with simular issues).
Please help!
