"oh yeah!!!"

I looked at one of my cities today and it had an astounding 20 smiley faces(then I realized I had HR on and 12 defenders in the city ). As I looked through the list of reasons one of them was simply "OH YEAH!!!" which gave me a few happy faces. What does this mean?

I had it a few times in Vanilla. (no Charismatic)

Sometimes it says: "City is Celebrating Prime Minister day" or something might be from that.

I always thought that one was from an event, like the equivalent "ARGGHHH" or whatever. Let me know if I'm mistaken though.

It's annoying, I actually modified my xml files so that the happiness modifiers have nice descriptions just like the health modifiers. There are some funny ones in the xml that are unused in the game, like the text for angry faces from forest preserves -- "I'm sick of all this tree-hugging!" or something like that.
