ok, it won't even tell me WHY my game won't start.

I just got a new computer, installed Civ IV, went to start it and I get an error message that says Civ IV needs to close. I uninstalled and reinstalled, same thing. I then updated my video card driver. Same thing. This is al it says:

Well, this information is sufficient. You've got a problem with copy protection. Try either
- uninstalling software that is used to overcome copy protection, or
- using it properly...
Also different software can cause trouble. Some CD burning software components.
You can also google for "~df394b".
