I made this scenario a long time ago, it's not quite complete, (the civs are still named Mongols and carthaginians, there are no events, a couple of maps or "scenarios", but no standard map, as I was trying to create a mod playable on random maps as opposed to a single map. But the units, tech tree, sounds, most of the icons for city improvements, and wonders and such are complete and work well, as well as the game runs in a fairly balanced way... ie the tech progression works slow enough not to skip ages and such. Any ways, I'll post the modpack, then the units, then break up the sounds into 2 zip files, and try to post some screenshots... I think I'll have to re-install civ II to make the screenshots though....

EDIT: Removed attatchments to save space for CFC

I think instead of posting a screenshot I'll post a look at the units file, and that should give you all some idea of the depths fo change I made to the regular game.....

here is the first noise file... I'll add if you have fantastic worlds you may need to adjust some of the shields to fit in the "holes" in the units... I'm not quite sure but it always seemed like the units file kept putting the shields back in their original spot. If no FW, its not a big deal.

To make these sounds work create a sound file in the scenario folder, and extract each of these three zip files to it.....

I am sorry I didn't completely finish this, but Civ III came out, and well..... anyways, if you are a modder, you can name the civs Xartan and spoolimuke Empire or whatever you wish... and make crazy event files... In fact I am posting this mostly for people who want new material to mod with, which is about the only reason I ever downloaded scenarios.... even though I did like blackthornes Beckhorn dungeon adventure, and A time to stand I think it was....

it was a long time ago..... and dominion war, hmm, if it came out after civ III, I missed it.
