about the vista problem:
If you turn off user account control (under settings->security center) the saves will be placed in the usual folder. Otherwise they will be placed under your profile. Otherwise it should be under c:\users\<username>\appdata\local\... If you save a game you can search for it in windows explorer.

About your screens, why have the lux slider so high? Now you will only fall back further.


Maybe some are interested playing a OCC culture challenge as a succession game? Let's say emperor or DG?

thanks... I'm not on the right computer at the moment, but I'll have to try that

as for the luxury slider thing, I set it up that high in order to keep order in my city (so I didn't have to have any entertainers)
after I build the MoM, I completely forgot to put it back down again... just another piece of evidence that proves my lack of micromanging skills... seeing as that isn't as critical to forget that in warlord/regent, to a certain extent
