WELL! Hrm.
I thought it was because we expected there to be islands somewhere on this world, and they would be colonized immediatley. But, we never found any, so they just sat in port or whatever until now. Or, we wanted to put some colonies in between the defeated and fractured Germany and India.

And there is still plenty of land within Japanatica that can be used, especially on the Iroq and zulu borders, as well as internal gaps.

It is a very different usage of large types from headings to hypertext format, which primarily is the difference in style from informative heading to insultive capital letters in colloquial interjection format. But I thank you for moderating this.
