Well, they're not really wise, and they're not really kings, but its X-Mas time, so why not?

We've got 3 unused settlers. I've gotten numerous complaints and recommendations on what to do with them, since they've been "idling" around for so long.

Option X - Keep them on standby, just incase a suitable, non-hellish city location pops up

Option M - Integrate them into cities (another poll to determine which and how many)

Option A - Settler them somewhere (locations will be scouted and polled)

Option S - Abstain

The CIA suggests option X or M. Potential wars between the AI might result in razed city spots we can use. Option M would boost the population of our cities.

I went with M. The time for expansion is over. We should use the settlers to enforce our cultural borders. Tugela, with one lone Zulu in it, is a prime candidate for flipping--thus we should send a settler, perhaps two. There are also other areas where our flip-chance is too high for my tastes (Iroqouis border, for one).

I completly agree. We have our empire we just need to secure dangerous borders.

Option X. Becauee who knows what Russia will do woth their cities if we attack? (i.e. Starve to 1 so that we auto-raze...)

Abstain - disband them (there was no other option). They serve no purpose to us, other than wasting 3 gold per turn.

Sorry about that GA, I forgot to add the other option. Your vote for abstain will be noted as a vote for disbanding them. If anyone wishes their vote to count this way, please tell me.
