Pantheon Bug - Pearls and Gems Faith

I am playing as Indonesia, Prince, Large Map, Earth.

Noticed that outside of my first two cities, My faith is not being produced by Gems and Pearls in Other Cities.

No bug. If you look closely at each city's title banner, none of them has your pantheon or religion as a majority (they may be in the process of converting from your pantheon to your religion, but in that never-never-land they get the benefit of neither). Accordingly, until your religion takes hold, you won't get the pearl/gems faith in those cities.
