I'm trying to PBEM and I'm having some issues. Sometimes the autosend feature withing the game sends the file out ok sometimes it does not. One of the errors I get is that it just refuses to send anything and I have to quit the game then reboot and reload the game to get it to work. The other problem I've got is that it will not send the right game file. It sends a file "player name" to "player name" without the "date of turn". It has worked ok on a few occasions so I know the smtp and emails are correct but for now we have to send turns manually. Search is down on this site and Firaxis has no tech support help on this problem.
