PBEM bug: auto-healing and double movement

In a PBEM MP game, i have found two possible bugs (i play the spanish version of C3C, v1.00):

1) Any wounded unit automatically heals one point per turn when outside cities, even if it moves (if it rests, i recovers two hitpoints). Kind of a great advantage...

2) When sending a unit somewhere with the "Go to" order, it moves twice the normal movement per turn.

Sorry if i didn't post this in the required format from start...

For AUTO-HEALING:
Description of problem:
Any wounded unit automatically recovers 1 hitpoint each turn, apart from the normal effect of resting, when playing a PBEM (Play By E-Mail) game.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Start a PBEM game with 2 human players
2. Locate an enemy unit (barbarians or a rival civ) and attack it until your own unit is wounded
3. Don't let your unit rest, move it.
Observed result:
The wounded unit will recover 1 Hitpoint per turn when not resting, and 2 hitpoints if it rested the preceding turn.
Expected result:
A wounded unit shouldn't heal if not resting, and, if resting, should only recover 1 HP

For DOUBLE-MOUVEMENT:
Description of problem:
A unit sent anywhere with the "Go to" order moves twice in a turn, thus arriving to destination in half the normal time, in a PBEM game.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Start a PBEM game with 2 human players
2. Select a unit and send it a few squares away with the "Go to" order.
Observed result:
The unit will move the normal amount of squares when given the order. At the end of the turn, it will move again. At the beginning of the next turn, that unit will be twice as far as it should, and have all its movement points ready.

Does this just happen to me or is it a spread bug? I'd appreciate any answer!

Hi,

I've also seen this bug in pbem, but only when you play it as a hotseat (continue at end of turn instead of saving). I play US version v1.22 (but it was also the case in 1.00).
My friends and I are always starting PBEM games in hotseat to speed up a little things at the beginning and it's a major bug IMHO.

I hope they will fix it one day...

Well, indeed you're right: it's when playing Hot-seat mode (we also start games in hot-seat prior to playing by e-mail, to start faster).

I thought maybe it was because it was v1.00, but as i see it's also with v1.22...

This is a major bug, in my opinion too. But maybe in civ IV... ;)

An other problem in this mode (Hot seat/PBEM) is the auto move. Set you units to move 2 turns, they auto go the first move then after the last person moves all auto moves will go again. This is also why you get the auto heal. but if you go back to the email mode all units on auto move will lock up for 1 turn, and no heal.
