PBEM Help

Hi, I'm new to PBEM, and after being kicked out of a dozen games for having high ping, this seems to be the only way to play MP. However, I am completely new to PBEM, and was wondering if someone could teach me the basics on how to operate one.

Then join a PBEM if one is announched, it isn't really to hard. Just see how things are done here in the threads.
