HOUSE RULES
- No Razing\Abandoning cities. Selling all improvements is allowed.
- No trade with the AI on turn0.
- Guerillas may not be loaded onto sea transports.
- A maximum of 4 air units per airbase in the end of the turn. You may violate the limit during the course of your turn, but there can only be 4 units left at the end of the turn.
- Tile island without cities can only have a maximum of 4 divisions (or 1 corp + 1 division) of land units placed there. This applies to places like Malta but islands with cities (e.g. Pearl Harbor) are exempt from this rule. You may violate the limit during the course of your turn, but at the end of it there can only be only 4 divisions left. Artillery, flak, Kamikaze and V-1 units do not count against this limit.
- Techs are NOT tradeable. But they can be stolen!
- Cities can be given\exchanged freely between allies, but they must be empty when giving the city. By other words, no troops teleport is permitted!
- No city flipping.
CHANGE OF INITIAL FILE
- Strengthen German Air Force (+20%)
- Strengthen Japanese Army (+4 Inf Divisions +1 Conscript Marine Corps)
- Reduce Army size to 2 units\Army but increased other benefits
- Change Desert Defense to 0%
- Changed Malta tile to Hills (to increase defense)
- Changed Fascism to "Paid Labour" but increased corruption level
- Gave Minor Allies 1 ASW Destroyer
