PDF Civ2 MGE manual?

Hope this isn't considered pirating, but does anyone have a PDF version of the manual for Multiplayer Gold? I bought the game off of a friend, and he lost his manual, and it's not on the CD.

Unfortunately I don't believe there is a pdf version available for any of the multiplayer editions, only the original. It really is too bad, I would much prefer a copy where I could print certain parts out to get new players involved but oh well.
