I used to be able to play Civ V with DX11 (it's listed as "recommended on start up) but when I get into the game, the terrain details will not load. Its just a flat color no details at all. If you go to this other thread, by Deez and look at the screen shots on the bottom, this is exactly what my game looks like. If i load it with DX9 the terrain looks fine, but the video stutters some, and all other games I have on this laptop run DX11 fine.

Keep in mind that the game runs fine, its just the terrain details that dont want to load, but only in DX11. This only started when I redownloaded the game (through Steam) after the new year. I had previously uninstalled while I switched to Endless space for awhile. Any help in the matter would be greatly appreciated.
