Chichen Itza seems like it would be good but on every map I have played so far, all of the good Rainforest spots are completely covered in City-States. It must be a Brazil only wonder.

India built in my current game. Brazil is in the game, but didn't have as much rainforest.

Like Chichen for rainforest and Petra for desert, will there be a tundra Wonder?

I've only won one game (out of 3) and it was playing as Pete. I like them, sort of like the Shoshone of CiV and you can settle places on the map for dank tundra resources that other civs wouldn't consider.

If they had a Northern Lights wonder or some such, and gave it a coastal tundra requirement, it might buff Hardrada, who looks kind of weak out of the gate.

Chichen Itza seems good, but I've found that it ends up giving you a half arsed city, as without farms and other developments you hit the housing wall. Unless you're lucky enough to get a good combo of hilly jungle and other useful tiles you're often better off clearing the jungle and building/developing other stuff.

It should be good with jungle resource tiles that you can improve with camps and ?plantations? without clearing.

In V, Petra was a hit or miss wonder, overpowered if you could play it right, but not very good if you didn't have the right desert hill terrain for it. My guess is that its working out similarly in VI.

Aye, but you need a lot of those, otherwise the bonus you get from it is pretty low, and if you don't have a lot then you can't develop and hit a wall.

So, like Petra, it's very circumstantial.

I used it as Kongo, who loves jungle too. It was great. And no need to clear the jungle for housing.
