Pirates looming in the fog... storms and lightnings...

Instead of Thunderbird and Heroes, perhaps relegated to a more ancient scenarios or civ episode, like Civ III for example, or IV, where there were Dinos, and animal barbs, or VI, where there were Mythical Heroes. Civ VII might be more... pirates in Nature? Guarding distant lands and treasures...

Speaking of pirates... EL2 sports a dynamic fog of war with storms and lightning!!! Idk if anyone has made attention at those environmental details...
The clouds are charged electrically, you can see lights passing inside them... if the clouds are low on the ground buildings and structures lights up
at the passing of electricity... and the further the view, the denser the fog... just amazing artwork...

Old World is better than Humankind and Endless Legend, but its under the eyes of everybody that Civ VII is a copycat of Humankind, to the point
it has been called Humankind 2... they couldn't take the whole grapical set, but the mechanics it's something abstract...
Humankind took everything good there was in Civ V, listened to what civ players DID not like in Civ VI graphics, and implemented them...

And now Civ fans don't like the new civ VI-VII fog of war and look what Amplitude just pulled off the hat....
The Sega guys at Amplitude are truly artistic geniuses.

Wait for an EPiC store free release for an Amplitude game next time... HK was given for free...
