PitBoss Warlords 2.08 uses 45% of CPU when idle

Have you noticed that sometimes PitBoss uses half of CPU time when it should be idle? I had such situation lately and I can't live with that. Server that runs our PB game is not ours - we can't use it's CPU so much...
Have you ever had such problems and if there any work-around?
We're using Warlords 2.08 PitBoss without any third-party modifications.
