Pixel weirdness

Hi guys,
I got a slight graphic error when I tried to view the epsionage screen. It gave me kinda weird color and pixel. I dunno if my graphic card is dying or not. It is a gtx 580. Later, when I run the game again the epsionage screen is fine. My graphic card temp is around 60 to 80 celcius when playing civ5. How do I check if my graphic card is dying or someone else also have this problem?
