It is time to start planning for a new technology path.

Keep Atmoic Theory and Electronics as our ToE techs and set the queue as the following:
The Corporation (5 Turns)
Refining (8 Turns)
Steel (7 Turns)
Combustion (8 Turns)
Mass Production (7 Turns)
Motorized Transportation (7 Turns)
Flight (9 Turns)
Radio (10 Turns)
re-assess
This should get us through the age, and hopefully we will beable to trade for Nationalism, Espionage, etc. We should beable to finish these techs at our current research rate in 61 turns. Keep an open trading policy untill we get to motorized transportation.
