I'm afraid not...
But don't most laptops have the keypad embedded inside the keyboard, so to speak? That is, you have to press num lock or some other function key to use, say, UIO/JKL/M,. as the keypad. (as you can probably tell, I haven't seen a laptop in a while)
And would home, end etc work if you turn on/off num lock (assuming that even exists)?
If the keys still aren't cooperating, you'd have to use the mouse. Either select "mouse movement" (which is rather tedious), or simply use the goto mouse feature...
When a unit is blinking, click and hold your mouse over the square you want it to go to. After a second or to, the cursor will change to a "go to" graphic. Release it, and your unit is on its way. And this also means you don't have to move units square by square, although you should be VERY careful for longer distances (and the map edge/"zero meridian" on round maps), because the GoTo function is whack.
