Playing online - Warlords and BtS?

I have a friend who is considering getting Civ4 and BTS. He also wants to play online with me. However, would he need to purchase Warlords (which I have installed) in order to play with me? Or would BTS cover that?

Those are two seperate expansions so if you wanted to play Warlords he would need that as well. They must have some kind of gold pack out or something by now which has all 3?

Ah, I wasn't sure because BtS has pretty much ALL of the content in Warlords...
