Please, a tutorial for creating custom leader and civilization mods in CIV7

Hello strategists;

I've been wanting to do the "Contemporary Leaders - Total Geopolitics" project since Civ6 and create a massive game featuring today's leaders and their corresponding strengths and characteristics: Von der Leyen, Putin, Trump, Jinping, Macron, Sanchez, Maduro, Milei, etc.

I just need a tutorial like the YouTuber (Josh Mate) did in Civ6, but for Civ7. And then I can start creating leaders one by one.
