Please have different dialogue text when AI offers deals

They have had this problem since forever I feel like ---- when an AI offers you a deal, the dialogue text needs to be changed to reflect the fact that they are offering me a deal, not the other way around.

??? Isn't that obvious? Could you explain your problem?

When they offer you a deal, the dialogue text says something like "What can I do for you?" even though they are the ones offering the deal. That is the same text that appears when YOU offer them a deal.
