I've tried searching the forums / downloads page, but I haven't been able to locate the utility I'm looking for. I had to reinstall all my programs recently, and I lost it ...
I don't recall the name of it, but it was a utility that allowed me to change the size of units, buildings, trees, etc, as well as remove the cloud cover so the world was more visible from a higher altitude. It was a very useful utility, especially since the cloud cover creates problems for my computer.
Does anyone know the utility I'm referring to, or at least be able to point me in the right direction?
