I've been using Civ3 for awhile now on the mac. I loved Civ2. I can't get any downloads to work. Can anyone help me? I keep getting either a message saying "The file is corrupt" or "the file is out of date" or wrong version or someting about 4.0. That is if I can get them to show up in my scenarios menu at all. Maybe I'm doing something wrong? I put the .bic files in my scenarios folder and try to open them through the scenario button in the game...right?

For the most part, none of the sceanrio files, xxxx.bic files, or maps that you can download from otehr websites will have any chance of working on your MAC version of teh software.
The current working software level for the MAC version is v1.21g which is almost one year out of date compared to all the other software versions.
Most things that you download will be in the PCv1.29f version unless someone makes a special effort to post a separate v1.21g version. Even that task is almost logitically an impossibility.
