Please help-Turns don't match

My last save game for GOTM#2 is in 190 AD, but according to the chart in the scrolls of wisdom on this site, turns at King level should be 20 years at that date, which would make it impossible to get a date of 190. I just discovered Republic and was looking for the correct Oedo year to make the change, but now I don't know what to do. If someone can help me straighten this out, I'd be most grateful. If not, I beg the other players' indulgence to save and reload a few turns until I can find the correct year, since my game seems to have screwed up somehow and I have no idea what Oedo year I am in. My previous save games are at 1AD and 60 AD.

Please help

I never look at the Oedo year, but the only thing I can say is that I know I have been in the year 190 AD, because that's my savegame closest to 1 AD

. So maybe Thunderfall accidentally started in prince instead of King??

It says "king level" when you load a save....according to the scrolls-no level has 10 year increments at 1AD.Something is wrong.

Happiness acts like it should on King, not Prince as well (i.e. 4th person starts unhappy). Guess I'll have to save turn by turn and revolt each turn to see when the right year is, if that is acceptable, Matrix?

I'll tell you what I'm gonna do:
I'll cheat and change the turn the game is in over and over, to make a table to see what timeline this game is following.

That seems like a lot of effort Matrix, but it will be widely appreciated.

When you're done, could you put the results into a spreadsheet or table please, along with the quick-finish multipliers for each year or a selection of years?

Many thanks!

Ofcourse. That's what I'm doing it for, isn't it?

I revisited my saved games from 60 AD and 1 AD and discovered that the game is advancing in 10 year increments, not 20 as listed in the chart in the war academy. Either this game is messed up somehow, or the chart in the war academy is incorrect. Maybe we need someone to check this in a different King level game? I"ll PM Thunderfall and let him know about this.

Anyway, once I knew what span of time equaled one turn, I was easily able to figure the correct year for my revolution and continue playing

Dear o dear, is it that bad when you're two turns longer in anarchy?

Here's the a turn-date table of a new king game. Every king game uses this 'timeline'... There wasn't anything wrong with yours, Leowind.

Wow thanks Matrix. That's a radical revelation. I had no idea King level was a 520 turn game before.

Idaknow.I just checked a king game and it was 50 years till 1000,25 years till 1ad then it was 20 year increments.

Why spend it in Anarchy, when you don't have to?

This is my first ever King level game, so I'm grabbing every advantage (short of cheating, of course) I can get.

BTW, thanks much for all your work on this.
