PLEASE help...

I insert my Civ 4 disk 1 into my computer for installation and nothing happens?
I've installed the game before on another computer just fine?

Please help

Is this Civ 4 or Civ 3 (you've posted in the Civ 3 support forum)?

Either way, can you look at the disc with windows explorer and see the files?

If so, run setup from the disc rather than using the autorun. If not try cleaning the disc or see if you can read it on another PC.

Ooops, ya it is Civ 4.
But ya I can open it in Windows Explorer, do you know which file I should run???

Well, with it's a file that looks a bit like , so perhaps with it could be a file that looks like ???
What could also work is bring up the start menu of your computer by clicking on 'start', then right-click 'my computer' and open it up, then it should show as being in your disc-drive. From there you should be able to install it as well. Good luck!

Look for setup.exe

If you have Vista or Win 7 right-click on setup.exe and select run as administrator rather than just double-clicking on the file.
