POLL How often do you check with the AI's when tradding techs etc.

I am playing a game where I am trading for all of my techs at the begining of the game. There are 8 other civs and ample oppurtunities for trade. I am currently checking with them every two or three turns. How often do you check with the other civs for trading?

I wish you'd had one more option, in between the two middle ones. I don't usually check every 3rd or less turn, but I do try to check more often then "... whenever ...". Prehaps a slot for 5-8 or 5-10? >10 could be considered "whenever".

Depends on the game im playing really. ( or how tired i am hehe ) If i want to get to the modern times quickly.. every single turn. If i want to stay in a age for some time and hault research for a world war or 2 then i never give techs out. So for me it just depends on what my objectives are.

It really depends on how the particular A.I has responded to tech swapping opportunities in the past. If the A.I has avoid swapping technology in the past I don't usually bother with them in the future.

Hardly ever, becaus eI'll only get acceptable deal when i have somthing fresh for them... So I only go and check if that's the case.....
