possible bomber mod?

I would like to know if it's possible to have the bombers destroy some units and just not only damage them. And if possible could someone point me in the right direction on how to do it or to make a mod for me? I'm somewhat familiar with how to mod things but not GREAT. Right now it's just hard for me to find where to do it. Thanks for anyones reply!

Set <iAirCombatLimit> in UnitInfos.xml to 100. But unless there's something I've missed there's no way to make it only able to kill some units and not others, it's either all or nothing. I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that that is only possible with the SDK.
