Hi guys, here is a challenge for you.
The one thing I felt has ALWAYS been missing from Civ is the ability to 'vector' hammers and food (bread) between cities. So a breadbasket city can furnish the needs of a marginal one, and an industrial powerhouse can furnish the needs of a resource poor city. I also think the game would gain from having a means to trade hammers and food between nations.
So the questions are (a) Can it be done? (b) Can it be done in Python, or does it require the SDK? (c) would any of the great modders out there be able to make it into a reality? (d) If no, then would someone be willing to point me towards the part of the code which would allow me to add it?
Thanks in advance.
