Possible Skeleton re-skinned unit?

I play a lot of Battle field 2 and found a new mod called Skelly mod. In that mod there is this *.dds file and was wondering if any one can use it to re-skin it to a unit?

Seriously though, unless there's a unit that's been mapped this way, it won't be of much use... at least... not without some intense Photoshop work.
