Pura Vida!
Ok I think I've managed to solve my problem. here's what I did:
1. Changed the civilizationIV.ini file as described Here. It is very important to enable all logging.
2. Updated to the latest ATI Catalyst drivers (6.8 I think)
3. Deleted Antivir XP, wich caused some of my BSOD
4.- Updated audio drivers, after finding out on the civ4 logs that there where problems initializing the audio.
Basically, what I did was analyze the minidumps that Windows makes everytime there is a BSOD, with Win debug. You can get it from Microsoft's website. Your minidumps are stored on your windows/minidump folder. and I found out that the ATI drivers where causing the problems, along with the audio drivers.
You can also post in TechSpot's boards and they will analyze your dumps to find the cause of the problem.
I hope this helps some of you. And I hope Firaxis releases a patch really soon to get this problems solved.
