Possible to remove a civ from random pool?

Sorry if this is the wrong forum, how can I remove a civ from my game? I don't want to see celts in my games, but i don't want to individually pick the civs i am playing against.

I never have used mods before, how difficult is to get rid of one civilization from the game?

God I wish! I feel the same way about the Celts. Damn religious powerhouse! Also, Alexander, if he's not my immediate neighbor so I can nuke him early, drives me crazy.
