Power plant bonuses

Are production bonuses for power plants (coal, hydro, etc.) cummulative?

No, but the Nuclear plant gives 100% bonus instead of 50% like the coal, solar, and hydro/hoover plants.

Nice avatar, what about tha manufacturing plant? Cumulative? I've never gotten that far in the tech tree without winning already... (No, I've not played on higher than Regent so far.)

I've never gotten the manufacturing plant either but it is cumulative with any kind of power plant and also with the factory. In the editor the various power plants are not cumulative because they have the "replace other building" checked.
