Prebuild library's

I was playing the russians on a pangea map in warlord.
Anyway, i had quite some techs quickly and when i was 22 turns away from literature i started building temples in every city. When i had literature i swiched to library's and it took 4 more turns to finisch them in (almost) every city i had!

I ruled the game in every aspect for the rest of the game!

it depends a bit on the situation but if your civ is scientific, then prebuilding library's with temples is a nice strategy. I think this strategy will work up to monarch.

Are you worried about that crazy Culture Flipping baloney? Where is your revenue slider?

as a scientific civ, you should build libraries before temples anyway. You don't need to prebuild them, you'll fall behind on military. Use the time before you can build libraries to build a defending and exploratory force.
