Printable list of changes

When we make a change to the *.bic file, it would be nice to be able to get the editor to print out the bic file in a basic txt format that showed the stats of everything. This way, a modder can tell what has been changed and what stats are currently listed. It's helpful in a way cuz we could remember what changes we made, make a correction on paper and then go back later and fix it if we didn't like the change.

That's a very good idea. And not only be able to print it out, but also to be able to view it on your computer (in txt format, of course). This way you could copy and paste it into a readme of some sort, or into CFC, etc.

Yea believe me, that would make my life much easier and having a txt file printed out our viewed on the screen would be so helpful. It made my life easy back in the civ2 days I can tell you that.
