Off and on I play online with one of my friends, whenever we have the chance. The past few times we have played though, we have had a problem in the game.
Either one of us creates the game, the other logs on, we set it up and start running. Anywhere between 3600 BCE and 3200 BCE, a message pops up on both of our screens saying the other has disconnected. If either one of us quits out and comes back onto the room select screen, the game isn't there to be selected.
We both cleared our cache and had the same problem, we both uninstalled and reinstalled the entire game, I've even gotten a new computer since this problem started. We've both disabled our firewalls and opened up ports on our routers. Nothing has worked at all.
We've been playing this game for years without any problem, all of this has happened within the last month or so. If anybody knows a way to solve this problem, I will be very appreciative.
EDIT: Oh, he's running Vista and I'm running 7, but we have both played several games using our respective OS's successfully from November to January.
