problem starting game

every once in a while when i load up my game it gives the loading screen and then it disapears and then nothing. never loads up the game tried reinstalling game and restarting computer but it never works even tried shutting down computer. by the way this is a laptop. does it have anything to do with the power of the battery.

I have the same problem but it only started happening when I reinstalled the game.
