Problem with city names

Sorry for bumping, but I've encountered an odd problem with city names in a modpack I'm playing around with. I've replaced Americans and Mongols with Israelites and Arabs, respectively, and edited the City.txt accordingly. However, while the Arabs civ's city names work fine, the Israelites originally gave me "JerusalemTel Av" for my capital, and the Extra city names for the rest. After retyping the Israelite section, it now just gives a completely black city name.

I'm using Civ2 MGE with OS 9, booted on OS X 10.3, which for some reason causes lots of bugs, so this might just be another one.
