So, I am playing Max Riga's Medievel Scenario as Germany.
Because Russia as a Nation and in this scenario is a little to strong for me being my neigbour I decided to accept France offer of joing their war against Russia.
The problem is after the war declaration you can find absolutely no French unit movement although I have open borders. They only gather around Paris.
My question: Is it normal that one's war buddy refuses their participation in a war? (been happening to me a few times in different situations, althought i could be wrong)
PS: France has no other enemies...
We even have Ra!
How can I remind them?
