This seems to be non-official mods only, yet I'm doubting user error as the reason, as I've never had a problem before.
I installed 3.03, but back-tracked to 3.02 using a backup CD (I have D2D version, but I kept a 3.02 version on backup CD since I was correct in assuming that D2D wouldn't allow back-patching, which I needed since 3.03 was borked)
Wondering if that is the cause of the problem.
