Problems attaching photographs to posts

I took some digital photos that I want to post on my "car" thread but it says the files are too big to post - is there a solution? I'm sure people will think I've made the whole thing up if I cant post some photographic evidence

Use the Civfanatics image uploads and then link to your pics.

Or could you save them as JPEGs to save space?

Or upload them somewhere else and then link to them!
And always try to use JPEG or GIF when posting pics on the net.

Use the jpeg or gif as suggested above, reduce the sosulution, crop the picture.

God I hope "sosulution" means "resolution" or I have just lost most of my computer terminology.
